What is a Monster Box?

Plastic container used to store and secure bullion. In particular, bullion coins are divided into ‘rolls’ or ‘stacks’ of coins. Each roll is encased in a plastic tube within the box. The lid of the box features a raised logo identifying the mint issuing the coins. An untampered box is sealed with tape bearing official information from the issuing mint. Exclusively used by the United States Mint, Canadian Mint, Australian Mint, and the Perth Mint.
